2. PAYMENT OF SERVICES are due ON THE DAY OF CLEANING. If you need to make any billing or payment arrangements of any kind it must be approved by our manager by or before (12) Noon the day before your cleaning. Any written agreements for payment, (barter, trade, coupons, etc..) will be inclusive to The Terms & Conditions of The Cleaning Solution.
3. A late fee of $35.00 will be added for payments not received on the day of the cleaning.
4. Pre-paid billing is due in our offices on the 15th of every month. Payments received in our offices after the 15th will incur the 35.00 late fee. All late payments including the extra charges must be paid in our offices before your next scheduled cleaning. The Cleaning Solution accepts Check, Cash or Major Credit card. A 3.9% convenience fee will be added for all credit/debit card charges
5. We have two types of policies on how we rate our customers for Repeat Service. The first one is our Flat Rate service with discount and our second is our Hourly Rate with no discount which has a two hour minimum for repeat customers on a schedule. Flat rate service requires (30) business days for cancellation notice for any reason. Since we give a discount and exclusively reserve & book that spot for you, when you Fail to give the notice, then you will be charged immediately for the cleanings that we normally had scheduled for you within that (30) business days using the method of payment you have on file. After payment, the cleaning(s) will then be available to use for (30) business days from the date you attempted to cancel completely without notice. Notices must be written & may be received by email, fax or mail and must be confirmed by The Cleaning Solutions Management. Once the cancellation notice is confirmed by management you will have (30) business days to use your regular scheduled cleanings and you will pay as you normally pay.
In addition, Hourly Rate with the two hour minimum is mandatory for New, returning, on call, one time customers and customers who do not want receive the discount with the (30) business days for cancellation requirement. This rate only requires a (24) hour cancellation notice for any reason by (12) noon the day before your scheduled cleaning otherwise you will be charged immediately for the two hour minimum at our current rate for hourly customers with the method of payment you have on file. That appointment was booked just for you by you and can not be re-booked due to the last minute cancellation. You are only eligible for a flat rate when you go on repeat service with no less than one visit per month. Any and all Cleanings are non-transferable. There are NO CASH REFUNDS on any and all of our types of service regardless of any given reason. NO EXCEPTIONS.
6. CURRENT & REPEAT CUSTOMERS who want to RESCHEDULE their cleaning within the same week of their scheduled cleaning will be charged an administrative rescheduling fee of $10, to avoid this fee, customer must call by (12) Noon, the day before their scheduled cleaning. Customers will be charged $10 per each additional week delayed for any reason up to 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks delay you will be charged our currently hourly rate for that first return cleaning. After that first return cleaning, the customer then will become eligible again to be on our current discounted repeat flat rate for being a repeat customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
7. A $75.00 service call fee will be added for a temporary cancellation on the day of cleaning for any reason. If you need to cancel your service for the day, you must call by (12 ) Noon the day before your cleaning. We reserve this spot exclusively for you. Since we are an outcall service a last minute cancellation creates a costly delay in the schedule. This fee also applies for when we are unable to clean due to any reason after we have arrived. (Power or water not on, forgetting to leave the key, not ready for scheduled cleaning, need to come back later, changed locks, etc...).
8. A returned check fee of $39.00 is applied for all NSF’s, plus the late fee of $35.00 charges must be received in our offices before your next scheduled cleaning.
9. The customer will be held responsible for any Collection, Attorney, Court, Filing and late fees plus interest of 3% per month of the balance owing for any non-payment of monies due by customer. Delinquent accounts may reported to the credit bureau.
10. Any repairs or routine handyman maintenance is not the responsibility of The Cleaning Solution. (Changing light bulbs, air filters, etc...). Any type of service that is not described on your work order is not included with the service, if you need to make any changes or have any requests for special service, please call the office or you may write your requests on our EXTRA ORDER FORM that we provide on a monthly basis.
11.We pride ourselves in the work we do for our customers, therefore we offer all customers a (24) hour guarantee. If the customer is dissatisfied with the areas we cleaned, customer then reserves the right to use our guarantee to have the areas re-cleaned, you must call by (12 ) noon the next business day from your last cleaning for the guarantee to apply, Guarantee is defined as we will re-clean the areas we cleaned for no extra charge and you must schedule the reclean within 7 business days of your last service. No cash Refunds or Credits. No Exceptions.
12. We cannot guarantee quality of service, safety and security when there are others in the home on the day of our cleaning. Please try to schedule accordingly. We cannot guarantee service when customer has us use their supplies, equipment or techniques. We will not be held responsible for any damages arising when a customer has us use their equipment, supplies or techniques. We do want to remind all our customers, that we take great care in securing your property when we are leaving, however we will not be held accountable or responsible for the safety or security of your home once we have departed from the property. NO EXCEPTIONS.
13. We protect the rights to our customers privacy & comfort, by being LICENSED, BONDED & INSURED. If there ever is any questions concerning your cleaning, you must notify us by (12 ) noon the following day in order to be considered. No Exceptions. We encourage all customers to do a walk-through after our cleaning.
14.The Cleaning Solution will not be held responsible for alarm charges, normal wear & tear or faulty installed property of the customers, (Examples: We open a door and it falls off the hinges, we go to wipe a picture and it falls off the wall with an itty bitty nail behind it, we turn on a ceiling fan and the blade falls off, we open a curtain and the whole rod falls down ,etc...) All concerns must be called in the next business day by (12) noon to be reported for review. It is the customer's responsibility to keep all emergency phone numbers, alarm company numbers, pass codes and other information updated that applies to the ability to assist you as our customer. Please secure pets for your cleaning, although we take great care with your critters, we are unfamiliar to them. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any special instructions in regards to their pets. The Cleaning Solution is not responsible for the care or maintenance of your pets.
15.When customer requests hauling of debris/organizing services it is understood by customer that they are giving up items of their discretion at will. If customer does not delegate a location of said items to be disposed/taken to then this decision becomes that of TCS. Customer understands these said items will not be returned to them.
16.Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. By accepting our service you have acknowledged that you have read our Terms & Conditions & are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions Updates or changes to The Terms & Conditions are the customers responsibility to read & review & are provided on the back of your receipt that remains with the customer after each visit. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services at anytime without notice when the customer has disrupted or abused the Terms & Conditions of The Cleaning Solution. The Terms and Conditions will remain in full effect for the term of the contract with the customer under any circumstances. NO EXCEPTIONS.
