All vouchers must be scheduled and redeemed online, we know this may be challenging, but we need to verify you, your voucher and receive information in regards to your cleaning session. This insures correct information from you, the customer so it doesn't get confused with phone input. Once you have inputted your information. Be patient, your approval may take up to 24 hours. Upon availability, your appointment will be scheduled by a return email, please enable your email to receive emails from tcsclean7@aol.com. Due to the volume of a running live deal It is a good idea to have a couple dates in mind for service. Please do not purchase a deal if you need next day service, you may or may not get the appointment. In general it is a good idea to request an appointment 14 days in advance. Once a date has been agreed on with the schedule department we will email you a final confirmation. If we are experiencing high peak times, please ask to be put on the Standby list, as we have other customers who change or move their appointments on a daily basis, however you must check in with us when on standby, you may do so by email at tcsclean7@aol.com or by phone at 602-494-7100, please don't worry we will work very hard to get you an appointment if it is urgent in nature, we are here for you, sometimes it is challenging to get two parties schedules to meet up and we do will do everything possible to accommodate you.
No on a two hour, yes on a four hour, unless you only need the basics on a two hour.

The start time is when the team arrives on your property and ends when they are loaded up and have left the receipt for service, The time in and out will be on your receipt along with your checklist in the body of the receipt.
No, you can instruct us how to enter your home to clean by phone or email however, you will need to leave your voucher on the kitchen counter or fax or email in advance. In addition, the team will need a number that they can contact you directly at to check in and out with you as to when they arrive and depart or for any other questions we may have. (Please be available to receive calls, thanks!)
Yes, we bring our own supplies and equipment, but if you want us to use your supplies or equipment please request that in advance when booking your service so the team will be prepared. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of The Cleaning Solution when you ask us to use your supplies and equipment.
Two hours for 2 people or two people for 4 hours, for example; if the team comes at 800 and clocks out at 1000 is for a two hour voucher, 800-1200 is for a four hour voucher. We schedule arrival time window of 8/12pm, 10/2pm and 12/4pm .
You may book additional time BEFORE your cleaning, by calling 602-494100 or emailing us at tcsclean7@aol.com. If you find that you need more time WHILE they are cleaning, the team will call the office for authorization in order to proceed. In addition, once you have used up your voucher time we charge in 15 minute increments and will not proceed without your approval. We accept all major credit cards, check or cash.
Yes, you may combine up to 2 vouchers per visit and you can mix a two hour voucher with a four hour voucher.
