No refunds are available of any kind as we are not set up for refunds with our processor, if a refund is initiated by a customer of any kind, a $75 processing fee will apply, per voucher purchased and a $35 fee will apply for cancellation of the promotional package. As of 1/1/2019, refunds can take up to 30-90 business days. Any vouchers that have been used will be billed out at full price, due to the cancellation of the promotional package and the difference balance will be due immediately. Otherwise a credit will remain on the customers account for the promo value up to the expiration date of the vouchers and will be available for use. The paid value never expires outside the expiration date and will be available for use towards our current full price at the time of use. there are no refunds or exceptions to this policy, thank you!

Remember, scheduling is first come, first served, vouchers usually have a 12 month expiration date for that promo purpose.

As always, we want our customers to be satisfied.  Please purchase a voucher that will meet your needs as these are timed sessions. For example; we can usually clean 500 sq feet an hour with a team of two on the first visit, and a 1000 sq feet an hour on visits after that depending on the condition of your home. Rest assured, we have a 24 hour guarantee of service. If the team checked off on a task as completed and you are not happy, we will be glad to return at no extra charge to take care of that for you!
