1. Featherdust/Prep (Mandatory)
2. Spot Clean (door frames, baseboards, ledges & light switches)
3. Hand Dust (furniture, glass, pictures, knick knacks)
4. Sweep & mop all floors
5. Clean kitchen ( Counters, outside of all appliances & inside the microwave)
6. Outside of all cabinets
7. Laundry Area
8. All Bathrooms (mirrors, counters, sinks, fixtures, bathtubs, showers, toilets & Knick Knacks)
9. Make beds or Change Sheets (Limit 2) (leave fresh sheets out on beds to change)
10. Vacuum Furniture
11. Vacuum all carpetng, mats & rugs
12. Collect & Dispose of trash
13. Arcadia Sliding glass door in/out
*Please note, flat rate pricing by the square foot includes all items, please do not modify your square footage of your home on areas or items that are not being cleaned, as our pricing already adjusts that factor out for all customers.
