9. Make beds or Change Sheets (leave fresh sheets out)
10. Vacuum Furniture
11. Vacuum all carpetng, mats & rugs
12. Collect & Dispose of trash

*For all vouchers, Cleaning is for labor hours only not for tasks completed or extreme detailed service. Team will start at the the top of the list and work their way down. If you would like to prioritize your list, please do so when requesting your appointment. Options are not included as a selection with the 2hr or 3hr voucher purchase, option selection is available only on the 4hr purchase. Specialty service is priced seperately and is not included as a selection on any voucher purchase.
Teams can usually clean about 500 square feet per hour on the first visit based on the condition of the property.
If team has a balance of time remaining from the cleaning you will be contacted as to any more general cleaning tasks you would like us to tackle. Please be available by phone or home on the day of your cleaning or 24 hour gurantee will not apply for areas that were checked off on your receipt. Time begins when team arrives on property and makes contact with customer. Lock out or waiting periods longer than 15 minutes will be deducted from the Voucher time. Vouchers are for promotional purposes only and not for whole housecleaning. Teams give every effort to complete the list, but because of variety of homes, conditition & sizes we can gurantee labor hours only, not for tasks completed. Addtional charges may apply if your property is outside our 35 mile radius from 85023.
